Hemodynamic intelligence for primary care
See the cause behind every blood-pressure number.
An FDA-cleared, non-invasive test in the exam room you already have. The physician sees why pressure is high, chooses therapy that fits, and confirms it is working. Control in weeks, not months.

The toll
Nearly half of all US adults suffer from Hypertension. Most are not controlled. It costs $131–198B a year.
125.9M
US adults with hypertension, rising to 6 in 10 by 2050
~100M
not controlled; fewer than 1 in 20 adults under 40 are controlled
680,179
deaths in 2024 linked to hypertension
~4 in 10
adults with hypertension don't know they have it
$131–198B
cost to the US every year
~$1,920
extra medical spending per patient, every year
$56.2B
a year in stroke costs
$1.8T
cardiovascular costs by 2050, nearly triple today
Every month uncontrolled adds risk and cost. NICaS helps close the gap in weeks.

How it works
Three steps, one visit to start.
1. Test
A quick, non-invasive NICaS test during a routine visit, using sensors on the wrist and ankle.
2. See the cause
The physician sees which pattern is driving high pressure: vasoconstriction (tight vessels), hyperdynamic (the heart pumping too hard) or mixed.
3. Treat and confirm
The physician chooses therapy that fits, then retests to confirm it is working.

Why care fails
Standard care treats the number. NICaS shows the cause.
Standard care
Drug choice
By guideline and trial and error
Adjusting
Wait a month, then add or switch drugs
Time
About half controlled at 6 months
Visits
Every failed try means another visit
NICaS-guided care
Drug choice
Guided by the patient's measured profile
Adjusting
A repeat test shows if the therapy is working
Time
3 in 4 controlled in about 30 days
Visits
About 2 fewer visits per patient
